How We Started
OMG Academy was founded on a simple belief: education should unlock every child’s potential.
Yet in reality, many families face a broken cycle — parents pay high tuition, schools invest more in buildings than in teachers, and students are left without the personalized guidance they truly need.
After 15 years and more than 15,000 hours of teaching, Leslie Lai witnessed thousands of students rise — and learned from some of the best teachers around the world. From this journey came one powerful realization:

Today, OMG Academy exists to empower teachers and personalize learning for every student. Our mission is clear: to build 1,000 world-class students and 50 world-class teachers — individuals who will carry forward the spirit of excellence and transform the future of education.
